Current SCSD #1 COVID Protocols:
At this time we are asking that any staff or student who tests positive for COVID-19 isolate for 5 days from the beginning of symptoms with the first day of symptoms being day 0. They can return to school on day 6 as long as symptoms are improving and have not had a fever without medication within 24 hours. It is recommended that a mask be worn for 5 days upon return but not required. At this time household contacts do not need to quarantine. If you have any questions feel free to call your school nurse.
